Do we need to send Save The Date Cards? |
Save The Date Cards are primarily to offer your guests a thoughtful notice period of the forthcoming wedding, but are also becoming increasingly popular as an opportunity to formally announce the exciting news of setting that date! They are particularly useful where your Wedding is taking place during a holiday or peak season, is taking place some distance away, or your guest list includes a number of out-of-towners. Save the Dates are a courteous gesture allowing your guests to make the necessary arrangements for travel, accommodation etc in good time. They are usually sent around six months prior to the wedding date. Save The Dates are also an ideal way to give your guests a glimpse of the style of the big day to come! |

When do we need to order our Wedding Invitations? |
We suggest that you look early for Wedding Stationery as soon as you have an idea of your Wedding Theme or Colours. Ideally, your Wedding Invitations should be received by your guests around three months before the wedding date. This allows plenty time for RSVP's to come in without any panic! - and for the subsequent planning of seating arrangements, dietary requirements etc. We ask you to allow four weeks for production once you have proofed your design and made a cleared payment for your order. Therefore, try to make your initial enquiries for invitations around six months before the wedding. Should you require Wedding Stationery urgently however, we will do our best to accommodate you. |

What is meant by your standard personalisation of Wedding Invitations? |
All of our Wedding invitations are personalised for you as part of the price. This means that we will include the hosts' names, wedding date, times, venues, RSVP address and date etc. This includes both the printed insert and the front of the invitation where relevant to the design. Should you require the guests' names to be printed on each insert, we do provide this service for an additional fee. |

When should we order the rest of our Wedding Stationery - For example; Order Of Service Booklets, Menu's, Place Cards etc? |
You may wish to include an 'RSVP by' date on your invitations. This should ensure that you are aware of the number of guests in good time. Once you have this information you may order the rest of your Wedding Stationery. Items can then be personalised with guest's names where appropriate. You will need to allow time to gather information from your place of ceremony and reception venue. Again, we ask that you allow four weeks for production following your details and cleared payment being received. Before you know the exact numbers for your later Wedding Stationery items, it is always useful to provide us with an estimate and a deposit, so that we can provisionally book your production slot. |

How do we make payment for our Wedding Stationery? |
You may purchase samples of our Pret-A-Porter Wedding Stationery, using our Shopping Cart facility on our website. You may view the actual Stationery Prices on our Stationery Pricing Page. |

What if we have opted for a Wedding Stationery Package? |
Should you wish to buy one of our Wedding Stationery Packages, making savings by buying all of your items together, we will require payment in full, once you are happy with the proofs, before production of the first items commences. This is to ensure that your production slot can be secured for the items which are to be printed later. |

Are Envelopes Included with the Wedding Stationery? |
All of the items that require envelopes come with them included in the price; Save the Date Cards; Wedding Day Invitations; Evening Invitations; RSVP Cards; Thankyou Cards. |

Can we request changes to the design to compliment our Wedding? |
We are always happy to accommodate changes to the colour scheme or font used in a design where this is possible. Most of our designs can be produced in various colour ways - Simply ask! Should you require a different design which is entirely unique to you, then please enquire about our Couture Service. |

Can we request samples of Wedding Stationery items before we order? |
We encourage our customers to see samples of the designs in which they are interested. Whilst our photographs are taken with care to show as much detail as possible, some features of iridescence, texture and shimmer can be much more apparent and stunning once the item is in your hand! We do charge a nominal fee for samples, to cover some of our costs, but any amount spent on samples is deducted from your subsequent order total. |

Once we have chosen our design, and provided our wedding details for them to be personalised, will we be able to see proofs of our Wedding Stationery before committing to purchase? |
We initially provide proofs electronically (by email) to ensure that you are happy with how the design looks once it has been personalised with your details. Where changes have been made to a design since viewing initial samples, we also then send you personalised samples through the post for you to check and confirm that you are happy with the final result, before we produce the order. |

What method is used for delivery of Wedding Stationery? |
We beautifully and carefully pack all Wedding Stationery orders ensuring that the items are as secure as possible from damage in transit. We use the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service which requires a signature upon delivery. |
