These terms and conditions apply to all orders from our website shop.

Methods of Payment.
Payment is with order. We accept payment by all major Credit/Debit Cards. We also accept payment by Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque or Postal Order. Goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been made.
Guarantee & Returns Policy.
Faulty products must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We will exchange or replace faulty products at our discretion.
Claims for Loss or Damage. Claims for loss or damage to a parcel or its contents must be reported to us within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
Prices.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Every effort is made to ensure prices and descriptions are correct, however, we reserve the right to change our prices and/or our product range without notice. Additional delivery charges will be added to your order, being calculated at Shopping Cart Checkout or advised at order placement in case of other payment methods. Special Offers, Discounts and Voucher Schemes may be withdrawn by Eden Wedding Design at any time.
Conditions of Sale.
These terms and conditions apply to our on-line shop and any associated catalogues or brochures. You order is accepted on the basis that you agree to our current terms and conditions. All sales/orders from our brochures/internet website will be governed according to English law.

We DO NOT disclose customer information to third parties. We may, from time to time, contact customers in our database with regard to Eden Wedding Design related products and offers. All online transactions via our Shopping Cart adhere to required encryption / security measures in order to protect customer details.
